The Ingham County Veterans’ Treatment Court program will consist of an 18 month term of probation with four phases – Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, and Post-Graduation. Note that in addition to the phase requirements, the Judge also reserves the right to set specific individual goals that should be accomplished before the next court appearance. The completion of these goals witll be reviewed with the Probation Officer prior to the court appearance.
